I’ve been seeing Kim for my hair for around 2 years now, after an unfortunate DIY dye job that I thought nobody would be able to fix (halo scalp bleach, not for the faint of heart!), but Kim fit me in, explained what she could do and I left with even better results than I expected! Since then I’ve been going regularly for my root touch ups and trims, and for styling for special occasions. She always explains every step and makes sure you’re 100% happy with the process, so you are never unsure. She puts so much time and effort into making sure everything is perfect. I’ve also had some fun colours put in from time to time and I have to say she’s the best at what she does, and she helps me decide on what exactly I want even when I don’t know myself, as she seems to have the innate ability to understand the ‘vibes’ I’m going for (for both colour and cut) even if I don’t know the technical terms myself. Every appointment is calm and comfortable, and as a neurodivergent person it is much preferable to the atmosphere of a busy salon. Kim herself is also a wonderful person and I look forward to my appointments where we can chat away, but conversation never feels forced or uncomfortable. Her prices are clear and good value and she explains each cost clearly. My hair has never looked better and it is now my most complimented feature (I literally get stopped in the street as I’m going about my day, it’s that good!). I would definitely recommend Kim for any hair colouring or styling to anyone, but especially those who dislike the traditional salon environment. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Kim has been a revelation. I am a low maintenance hair person and I was struggling with having simply too much hair. A friend recommended Kim as someone who is no nonsense and really knows hair. I now have a well maintained undercut and thick fringe and my hair is no longer the cause of night sweats. It is also in better condition than ever thanks to Kim's great advice and products. Her salon is lovely - bright and well set up with cute little touches. And Kim is just a fab empathetic person who meets everyone where they are. I've found my hair home x

Kim was recommended to me by one of her customers several years ago. This resulted in her rescuing my hair from a bad cut and colour from a previous hairdresser. I was so happy with the results and have booked with Kim regularly ever since. Kim is a true professional who really looks after her customers. I am a keen swimmer and swim teacher so my hair suffers from being in the pool at least five days a week. Kim helps keep my hair healthy by giving good pre and post swimming hair advice. I feel like Kim knows my hair better than I do and takes a real pride in keeping it looking good. She has created several different hair styles for special occasions which I have loved. If you are looking for a hairdresser you can trust to look after your hair and make you feel like your appointments are a special treat I would highly recommend you choose Kim. I am so pleased that I did.

Love going to Kim. Always a lovely, relaxing experience and her head massages are amazing! I’ve been coming to her for several years now, and she consistently gives me a great cut. She really listens to what I want and always makes me feel comfortable and cared for. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, highly recommend!

Kim is fantastic and so knowledgeable. I love having bright colours and she’s given me so many tips on how to make my colour last longer. I seriously wouldn’t go to anyone else to get my colour done. Cannot recommend her enough, especially if you get vivid colour. (Also, there’s the added bonus of cat cuddles).
